Build, hosting and care in one monthly fee. No setup fee.
No setup fee. 12-month minimum term. During the term, early exit means settling remaining months or a A$999 buyout for codebase handover. After 12 months paid: month-to-month with 30 days’ notice, and handover of the site files is included (you own the work product). Domain stays in your name.

One-off build
$1,499
Pay once for the website build. You own the site on final payment. Hosting and care are optional.
Payment: 50% deposit (A$749.50) to start, 50% (A$749.50) on launch — payable within 7 days. You own the site on final payment. Optional hosting + care A$79/month (30 days’ notice, no minimum). Edits outside care: A$90/hour, quoted before work.
What's included
- Same build scope as the monthly option (up to ~6 pages, form, call/map, Vercel + SSL, domain in your name)
- Basic SEO, Google Business Profile basics, copy tidy-up, gallery and reviews
- One simple integration and two revision rounds
- Handover call on launch — you own the site outright on final payment
- No ongoing hosting or care bundled (optional plans after launch)
What's not included
Email hosting, full copywriting from scratch, photography, logo design, paid ads, e-commerce, third-party SaaS fees, and work beyond any monthly edit allowance. Domain registration is separate. Bigger extras get a separate quote.
